ECC - Effort Commitment not Appearing on Effort Statement

There have been some situations where an employee has a valid planned effort commitment for a particular worktag in ECC, but a line with that worktag does not appear on the effort statement. An example is below.

We are working to determine why this happens. It may happen when planned effort commitments are added or changed after the effort statement is created, but we are not sure yet.

Example

Jaclyn's effort was committed for 07/01/2023 - 06/30/2024 but the worktag was not appearing on the Nov/Dec 2023 effort statement:

If you follow the procedure to re-open and effort statement, the missing planned effort commitment shows properly.
