July 2024
- July marks our 1-year anniversary for Workday at Whitehead!
- Congratulations to everyone who successfully processed our first fiscal year end on Workday - no small feat after so many years on Lawson
- Thank you to everyone that was involved in the implementation and the adoption of Workday
- Workday statistics over this last year:
- 13.9k Purchase Orders
- Continual use of Workday - over 237k logins including users and automated integrations
- 190 employees hired
- 1,661 support tickets opened
- 1,624 support tickets closed
- Workday Adaptive Planning is now live for Finance and Research Finance - learn more

April 2024
- The Workday Adaptive Planning project continues on track and is about to start User Acceptance Testing - learn more
- The Workday and Jaggaer systems had release updates last month. These updates are released by the vendors then tested by our Workday Support Team before the updates are made to our production systems.
- The following training sessions were recently held recently:
- Reminder: all training materials can be found here in the IT Support Portal in FreshService. Perhaps it is time to re-watch a training class or review any of the topics organized by categories/folders.

- Workday Adaptive Planning is coming in 2024 - learn more
- Workday can be accessed via mobile devices, but is best done for quick tasks. Stay tuned for more information about using Workday on mobile devices, as we will post more information here soon.
