Browser troubleshooting for punchout when unable to return cart to Workday
Follow the steps below to reset the cookie after a browser update.
Chrome (recommended browser):
Click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon (three horizontal bars in the upper right corner)
Select Settings
Click Privacy and Security
Under Privacy and security, click the Cookies and other site data
Check Allow all cookies
Restart Chrome
Internet Explorer:
Open Internet Explorer and select "Tools > Internet options"
Select the "Privacy " tab and select the "Advanced" button
An "Advanced Privacy Settings" window will open
Under First-party Cookies and Third-party cookies, choose Accept
Click Always Allow Session Cookies
Click OK
Edge:
Open the Microsoft Edge
Click on the More actions button on the toolbar, and select Settings
Search for View advanced settings and click on it
Under Cookies section, select to either Don't block cookies
Restart Edge
Safari:
To enable cookies in Safari (Mac):
Go to the Safari drop-down menu
Select Preferences
Click Privacy in the top panel
Under ‘Block cookies’ select the option ‘Never'
To enable cookies in Safari (iPhone/iPad iOS 10):
Open your Settings
Scroll down and select Safari
Under Privacy & Security, select “Block Cookies”
Select “Always Allow” or “Allow from Websites I Visit”
Firefox:
Firefox can be set to not accept cookies.
To turn on cookies:
- Click the menu button and select Options.

Select the Privacy & Security panel. This is where you can view your settings for Enhanced Tracking Protection, which includes cookies.

- If Standard is selected, this is the default setting and, except for trackers, all cookies are enabled.
- If Strict is selected, either choose Standard or switch to Custom.
- If Custom is selected, either uncheck Cookies (this will allow all cookies) or select the setting to only block Cross-site and social media trackers.
