Workday Support FAQ's
How do I get help using Workday?
Recognizing the significance of change with the launch of Workday, the Workday Support team and subject matter experts are on-site and available to help ensure a smooth transition. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the following ways to get help starting Wednesday, July 5, 2023:

Email the Workday Support Team: When in doubt, email Workday@wi.mit.edu. This will create a ticket in FreshService, which gets routed to the Workday Support Team, for quick attention.

Live Conversation at Drop-in Hours: For the month of July, there will be Drop-In hours in the 2nd Floor Library and in HR. Stop by with any question and bring your laptop to get personalized help from the experts:
- July 5th – July 14th: 10:00am – 3:00pm every day
- July 17th – July 28th: 1:30 – 3:00pm on Tuesday & Thursday

Video Conversation: For the month of July, there will be Zoom sessions you can join and ask questions remotely:
- July 5th – July 14th: 10 – 11:00 am and 3 – 4:00 pm EST, every day
- July 17th – July 28th: 2 – 3:00pm on Monday, Wednesday & Friday
