Getting Started in Workday FAQ's
When can I start using Workday at Whitehead?
Workday will be available for all of the Institute starting July 5, 2023, after the announcement email is sent. You are welcome to start using Workday right away. People in key roles such as ALMs, HR, Finance, and managers most certainly will start using Workday immediately, given their day-to-day responsibilities. For others, you can take your time, but we do ask that you set aside some time this week or next to get started. We have additional team members and consultants available on-site (details below) today through Friday, July 14th.

NOTE: Workday requires the use of Okta and Duo, like many other applications now at the Institute.
