My Team (for Managers)
Anyone who has employees reporting to them will have the Workday “Manager” role, which grants a certain level of access to job, position, and compensation information for direct reports, as well as access to built-in reports that support HR-related analytics. This Job Aid outlines the My Team Application (App), which enables Managers to view worker information and access common team-related tasks. Among other things, the My Team App allows Managers to view their team members’ worker and job details (though not direct deposit, benefits enrollment, nor pension/retirement information) as well as their Worker Histories, which show details for all previous roles and positions held.
