Create Pre-Hire Record

This Job Aid covers the Create Pre-Hire Record process. A Pre-Hire Record is required to hire an employee or contract a Contingent Worker. The Pre-Hire Record is pushed through the ‘Hire’ Business Process or the ‘Contract Contingent Worker’ Business Process. This process will most commonly be triggered from within ‘Hire’ or ‘Contract Contingent Worker’, but can also be completed as its own task in Workday.
