Request/Return from Leave of Absence
This Job Aid covers the process for employees to submit a request for Leave of Absence (LOA) like FMLA or short term disability. Depending on the type of LOA requested, employees may be required to complete a combination of steps within Workday as well as external steps with WIBR Human Resources to complete a LOA request.
