Submit a ticket
There are a few different methods that you can use to submit a ticket with IT. Tickets are used to track incidents and issues that individuals/groups may experience, for processing requests for equipment or services, or simply for general questions and feedback for IT.
Ways to submit a ticket
- The IT Help Web Portal: https://ithelp.wi.mit.edu
- Send an email to ithelp@wi.mit.edu.
- Call Technology Services at 617-258-5134.
- Calling should be used for urgent issues that require an immediate response.
- Stop by room 333 to see if someone can assist in person.
- Note that based on technician availability, we may need to generate a ticket on your behalf when you stop by and follow up with you as soon as possible.
